01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "v9game," "we," "us," "our" refers to the v9game platform, its operators, and all associated entities operating the website available at v9game.pro.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the v9game platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the v9game website, its mobile-optimised interface, all games, sports betting markets, account management tools, and any other services accessible at v9game.pro.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual upon completing v9game's registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited by the player that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the v9game platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the v9game platform.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.2 Registration Requirements

To create a v9game account you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of v9game or any of its affiliated software providers.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on v9game. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. v9game employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate account identified will be closed and any balance, bonuses, or winnings associated with it will be forfeited.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v9game login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• You must create a strong, unique password for your v9game account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• You must notify v9game support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

v9game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. v9game reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• v9game does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your v9game account promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• v9game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Any bonus balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements will be deducted before a withdrawal is processed.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

v9game complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations as required under its international gaming licence. v9game may be required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant regulatory authorities. Players are prohibited from using the v9game platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Any account suspected of such activity will be suspended pending investigation, and all funds may be frozen.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

v9game offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• v9game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted by a player.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the v9game platform — including slots, live casino tables, and instant win games — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.

• The rules of each game are displayed within the game itself or in accompanying help documentation. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before wagering.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, v9game reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes. Any winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction will not be paid.
• v9game is not responsible for any interruption to game availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

08 Sports Betting

v9game offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, tennis, and other sports as available. The following terms apply to all sports betting activity on v9game:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. v9game reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all sports betting markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network and system availability. v9game is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to technical issues during live events.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any player who discovers such an issue must report it to v9game immediately rather than attempting to benefit from it.

• Using the v9game platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the v9game platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing v9game staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accepting a deposit bonus while intending to withdraw funds without completing the associated wagering requirements in good faith.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the v9game platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of v9game or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the v9game platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any financial losses resulting from wagering activity on v9game, which is undertaken entirely at the player's own risk.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

In all cases, v9game's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their v9game account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit v9game's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data

v9game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on v9game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, v9game uses your personal data to:

• Operate and maintain your account and provide platform services.
• Verify your identity and age in compliance with KYC requirements.
• Process deposits and withdrawals in PKR via your chosen payment method.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and regulatory reporting obligations.

14 Termination

14.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your v9game account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method after verification checks are completed, provided there are no outstanding investigations or pending transactions.

14.2 Termination by v9game

v9game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to v9game, other players, or third parties.
• v9game is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, v9game reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which v9game holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through v9game's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that governing jurisdiction.

Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the v9game platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. v9game makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
